## Description

This test is a fast, visual immunoassay for the qualitative detection of human troponin I in whole blood, capillary blood, serum or plasma.The CLEARTEST TROPONIN I test is ideal for diagnosing acute coronary syndrome. After a heart attack, the cardiac troponins (cTn - T and - I) in the blood are detectable from about 3 to 8 hours after the onset of pain.Troponin T after about 3 hours (is often measured in hospitals! ).Troponin I comes after approx. 8 hours and then remains detectable for about 7 - 10 days.The detection limit of the test is 0.5 ng/ml.The evaluation takes place after 10 minutes.Storage at 2 - 30 °C.Now with individual portion bottles for the buffer solution, thereby no drag and sufficient reagent for each cassette.
