We use this and have for years here and there, but usually in the 50mg strength which is 2 of these. So if you take 2 of these 25mg pills, after 3 nights it will no longer work as effectivly as it did on the 1st 2 nights. And if you take more than 3 at a time, you run the risk of having jittery/restless legs all night which if anyone knows is not fun. Great to use, but not every night.

I was in desperate need of something to help me sleep. Due to a lot of loss and sudden stress, sleep has been broken or nonexistent. I bought these out of desperation and have been really pleased with the results. The price is good, the pills are small and easy to swallow, and 80% of the time they put me right to sleep. Once taking, I will also stay asleep all night. For someone who hasn't been able to find anything else that does the same thing, except for a rx, I'm very pleased with the results.
