Readings are repeatable and settle on the same value to a precision of 0.05kg. Normally when you get a companion app for something like this, it's a bit questionable or has limited functionality. The Vitafit Android app on the other hand is really good. It's clear and intuitive and does exactly what you'd want and no more. Shows weight and BMI on the main page, and the graphing functionality has selectable day/week/month averages so you can see trends over time. If you leave it paired with your phone, it connects and uploads results only when the app is open, so you won't get spurious numbers from other people using your scales in the interim.
