Description: 5 Piece Carpenters Tool Set Review: Un buon set, ma necessita di messa a punto ed ha qualche difetto. - Tutto sommato è un bel set di attrezzi da falegname ad un prezzo ragionevole. Se le parti importanti sono quasi tutte ok, ha però qualche carenza nei dettagli. Mi aspettavo di doverci lavorare su per rendere gli strumenti pronti all'uso e così è stato. Una volta rimosso l'olio protettivo con cui erano tutti ben spalmati, mi sono dedicato alla preparazione delle pialle. Il pialletto ha richiesto più lavoro rispetto alla n.4, ma entrambi necessitavano di una spianata alla suola e di una buona affilatura alla lama; quella del pialletto era anche parecchio fuori squadra. Eseguite queste operazioni, che sono abbastanza normali per delle pialle nuove, ritengo di avere in mano due buoni strumenti, fatti con cura e perfettamente funzionanti. Noto con piacere che le filettature usate hanno passo metrico e che i fianchi della n.4 sono ben in squadra; quelli del pialletto no, ma non è importante. La falsa squadra è ok. Il graffietto per fortuna non è come quello in foto, ma meglio, con inserti in ottone e doppia funzione: da un lato ha una sola punta per uso generico, dall'altro ne ha due, distanziabili, per segnare mortase e tenoni. Peccato che il mio sia fatto con un pezzo di legno che evidentemente si è crepato nel mezzo durante la lavorazione ed è stato incollato (...spero) e stuccato. Non ne comprmette la funzionalità, ma non è molto bello. La squadra è bella, pesante, con il manico in legno duro affiancato da due grosse lamine di ottone, la lama di acciaio armonico spesso, fissata saldamente da tre bei rivetti........... Peccato che non sia in squadra!!!! Non saprei come aggiustarla... Nel complesso, a parte la squadra, quello che manca è solo un po' di cura per i dettagli: ad esempio alla scatola manca la maniglia; ho dovuto aggiungerla io. Alla fine mi considero comunque soddisfatto dell'acquisto. Forse contatterò il produttore per la squadra, visto che offre 5 anni di garanzia...
