Diamond coated drill bits cut through concrete, rock, ceramic, porcelain, terracotta, glass, gemstones, marble, granite, etc. You must keep the gemstone or rock lightly submerged in a pan of water with a piece of wood or rubber below for support. Drill at an angle not at 90 degrees. Once hole has started, gradually tilt the Dremel back to 90 degrees for a straight hole. Some glass may need halfway drilling and repeat on other side to prevent cracking. No pressure, firm hold, angled start, halfway reverse on glass only. **Q: Can these drill into glass products other than seaglass?
