A: if by legit do you mean if they are authentic? Yes they are 100% Authentic.

**Q: Can these be worn for casual wear?**
A: I guess that you could, but they are very obviously mat shoes and it would be like wearing soccer cleats for casual wear - just not recommended.

**Q: Does anyone have tried this shoes for conventional Deadlifting?**
A: Just bought specifically for deadlifting.  From reviews and research these are exactly the type of shoe to use for deadlifting. Flat soles.

I have wide feet and when these shoes came I saw how extremely narrow they looked. At first I tried them on it felt tight ...very tight around the sides. but after wearing them for 5 min . they stretched and fit like a perfect glove. Very sticky soles allow grip when doing my deadlift. Love these shoes Sumo Deadlift
