Is it i.e, not topple over in wind?** A: Not difficult at all. There are pre-drilled holes. I followed the super easy instructions on the Quiet Fence Website. www.quietfence.com **Q: Does the hinge permit only a 90 degree angle, or is it adjustable to other angle degrees?** A: It can be opened to at least 180 degrees. It is small. Does not even cover 2 sides of my unit **Q: So for $298 do you get 96 inch wide worth of coverage, ie four panels? Is a "2 pack 48 inches or 96 inches?** A: Yes, you get 2 panel sections. Each panel section is 24" wide, a hinge and another 24" wide. There are 2 panel sections so if both are laid flat on the ground, it would be 96" wide by 43" tall total. Hope that helps. **Q: can you buy 2 of these and completely surround an outdoor air-conditioning unit? Would it allow enough air flow around the unit** A: Thank you for your interest in Quiet Fence. That would depend on the size of your unit. Most customers order 2 or 3 sets to enclose on 3 sides, leaving the back side open. The top is never enclosed allowing for air to be drawn in. We do not recommend placing Quiet Fence against the unit.
