Not all light is created equal and the wrong lighting at the wrong time of day can ruin your sleep, performance and health. TrueDark’s Daylights Fitover glasses filter out the most extreme, artificial blue “junk light” most man-made light sources display. These glasses filter some, but not all, of the blue spectrum (because you do need some blue light, just not all of it!) so you can keep your body in-tune with what's happening outside as the sunlight begins to go down, even while you're still hard at work. Use Daylights Fitovers when you are indoors, working on computers, watching TV, or anywhere else junk light is present, as they will help you reduce eye strain from excess junk light. Review: I have been looking for a pair of fit-over glasses to use during work hours on the computer. I work on the computer for my job eight hours a day. I also use them at home when watching the TV and looking at my phone. Before using these glasses, my eyes would feel very strained, and my vision would be blurry sometimes when I got off the computer for a few minutes. I have not had any blurred vision eye, strain, or headache since wearing these glasses. The glasses are very comfortable.
Review: After lens replacement I was worried about UV and blue light since both are reported in the literature to be a problem that may cause macular degeneration, which is particularly a risk after lens replacement according to what I've been told. Anyway, these fit well over glasses and the color is not very obnoxious. It took a day or so to get used to. It's kind of like putting your "night-time" phone or computer setting on the whole world. :) I can see the blue-blocking (though I don't have any trouble distinguishing shades of blue wearing them, it's only partial blocking) and I tested the UV blocking with a UV lamp and fluorescent paper, they seemed to work for that too. Happy to find them.

I have been looking for a pair of fit-over glasses to use during work hours on the computer. I work on the computer for my job eight hours a day. Item arrived earlier than projected, and in the condition stated. The glasses themselves seem to work as described; they block out the blue light, making reading things on my monitor a lot easier on the eyes. I have had one issue, though: no matter how much I try to clean them, I keep finding that's the lenses have a glare of sorts; it seems like I could never get them truly clean. I've used the microfiber cloth, and after referencing the website have used a lens cleaner, but to no avail. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase; I just wish that the glare wasn't an issue.
