At $30–$40, I expected more depth and quality — instead, it just smells cheap and harsh. The problem is, if the perfume is made with a low concentration of oils (say, more like an eau de toilette than an eau de parfum), you’re basically getting a few drops of fragrance in a pool of alcohol.
