A: If your not worried about microscopic and small particles going past the lense then yes. If you dont want particles going past the lense forget about it forget about it, there are small slits to allow air in to help prevent fogging

A: Yes. You can wear prescription glasses underneath the goggles.

A: It very much depends on the size of your glass to be honest.  I have rectangular frames and the 3M GoggleGear 500 Safety Googles does fit over them securely.
