There is one issue, while trekking in snow, the snow basket tip came off. I noticed the snow baskets are screwed on & must be checked regularly. Subsequent to the initial review above, I reached out to customer service regarding the snow basket issue. The response was immediate with excellent solution to replace the basket. In the meantime, I found a simple solution as to how to prevent this problem from recurring by sliding a tight fitting rubber O ring under the basket to keep it from working loose. Customer service appreciated my simple & inexpensive solution to these excellent trekking poles.
