Out of the box I had one that was reading 5 degrees above the others, but after a few minutes they were all within a few tenths of each other. - The display on the remote sensor shows which number it's set to (i.e., 1-8) so you don't get them mixed up. - The calibrated temp and humidity are only shown on the base unit. The sensors show the unadjusted temp and humidity. For example if you've got a +2 degree adjustment on a sensor and the base unit is show 62 degrees, then the sensor will show 60.
