I made muffins and cupcakes with them and there was no sticking. Great product. **Q: I was given these as a gift but haven't used them yet. Do you remove them from the cupcake before serving or do you serve them with jackets on?** A: I always remove before putting icing onto cupcakes **Q: Are these BPA free???** A: The box label also contains the warning symbol with the number 7 which indicates it is not pure silicone and could contain BPA.
