All natural. Larger capsules but they slide down with water. I and my father have been taking this. Seems to work well and no side effects for either of us.

18 yrs. ago my husband was diagnosed with liver cancer in the last stages. They didn't give him much time to live. In 1998 our Dr. got him started on IP-6 and it helped him so much that he lived for 3 yrs. longer than what they said he would. One of the things it helped was his immune system. Since then I have got several friends and relatives to use this very special product and it has helped everyone of them in one way or another. I have since started using IP-6 myself because of health problems. I have even been buying this for a friend that is going through kemo therapy and she can't afford to buy it herself. I know how important it is for her to have IP-6. I hope to be able to tell many more people about this very special help that they can order on line. Thank you IP-6 for giving me extra time with my husband. There is much more that I could tell you of the knowledge that I have of other peoples stories but you now know the importance that I put on this product and how special it is to me. Hopefully many people will be able to tell their own stories someday. If you are reading this, you really should try it. It works for so many different things. Have used this product for years. when I first started using it, the boost in energy was very noticeable. Over the years, I have trusted it for being a high quality, beneficial supplement.

My cousin introduced his to me. She is recovering from cancer. I have bee sick and low energy levels. Seen a lot of Doctors and spent a great deal of money on medical testing. All the test that I received came back normal. I really got concerned when it seem like every lymph node in my body was swollen. I ached all over. I did have another Kidney Infection but even when that was cleared up I still had swollen lymph nodes. The swollen lymph nodes have went down and I don't ache as much. I work 40 hours a week and take care of my dad who is 86 years old and is a diabetic. I need all the energy I can get and this product seems to be helping. I have only been on it for about 4 weeks now. As time goes by I look forward to feeling much better and less visits to the doctor.

I don't see any difference between this product and the higher priced IP6 Gold. We will be using this product in the future. I have been using the IP)6 Gold to increase immunity for my mother and I, and also to cure cancer in my cat's ear. This product is more economical and just as effective.UPDATE 05/25/17:I have been giving my cat 2 capsules a day on his wet food for a coupe of months. He was diagnosed with cancer in his ear that created a large sore in his ear that wouldn't heal. There was also a large lump that prevented us to see into the ear canal. After a couple of months, the lump is gone and the sore, although not smaller, seems more shallow, and it is not bleeding as much. I will continue to give this to him and will update my review if I see more progress and healing. We have resorted to more natural methods for him since out vet told us that chemo was not effective on this cancer and it would often return even if the ear were removed. Although the ear seems to irritate him, he is still active and is eating well. It took a while to get the cancer diagnosis, and by the time we did, the sore had progressed quite a lot. I am assuming it will take a while for this body to destroy the cancer cells. I will update this review with progress reports.UPDATE: 2/02/18Our cat's cancer had progressed too far for anything to help him. We lost him a couple of months ago.

I purchased this product needing to boost my immune system. I knew I had an allergy to rice, but was hoping the immune benefits would allow me to tolerate this product. I was not able to hang with the added congestion to stick it out and give it a chance. I loved the reviews so much that I gave it to my 88 year old Mother who's allergies are different from mine. She makes her own rules with supplements taking one in the morning and one in the evening doing this for over a month. We returned to our Doctor two months later for a follow up with additional blood tests. The Doctor raved over my Mother’s numbers telling her that so many younger people would envy her results. Her Blood pressure was 118/68 which is normally 20-30 points higher. Her other numbers compared to her past results previously showed major improvement. Our Doctor rubbed it in that her immune numbers were excellent as well as many others compared to mine. It was this Doctor that recommend IP6 and now others want to try this product due to My Mother’s success. I just need a vegan grain free version and I feel confident that one day I might get the same glowing blood test results as well.

July 21: I am hopeful that the IP6 treatment will also work for my mother's lymph nodes. So far, she has experienced no side effects. We are waiting to see the results for the cancer-affected lymph nodes to shrink. It seems to be working, but the impact may be low, possibly because lymph nodes are hard to reach. I will update my review, so stay tuned!Aug 1: The latest PET scan revealed that the tumor size has reduced from 1.9 x 1.3 cm to 1.4 x 1 cm after 5 weeks of using IP6 for Adenocarcinoma. I hope to see that it will continue to help. I will update the review.

These are strong, to be taken with choline. Consult a doctor if unsure but should be taken only once in a while in my opinion.
