But I couldn't get mine to spray anyting. I work for 43 years in the Collision industry and know how to make things work this would not work. And Amazon wouldn't let me return it sucks sucks sucks don't waste your money on this one and buy one that's more expensive from Eastwood. **Q: what is the diameter of the nozzle?** A: approximately 3/8 to 1/2 inch. It doesn't spray a fan pattern as a typical nozzle. It has 4 90 degree holes that spray omnidirectionally. **Q: What is the recommended [minimum] compressor tank size to operate this gun consistently?** A: I wouldn't recommend this gun for any purpose. I could not make mine work. I'm a retired professional from collision repair and missed the window and sending it back.I would look at the reviews before you consider purchasing this. Very easy to get to all areas with flexi hose. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by D***D on 16 November 2025* I purchased this spray gun to apply a lanolin undercoat (PB Blaster Surface Shield) to my truck for winter protection. It worked great! I paired it with my 200psi 26gallon Fortress air compressor from Harbor Freight and set it at 85-90psi. It covered quickly with minimal overspray. I didn’t use the extension hoses so I cannot comment on those, but the gun made spraying the undercoat much faster than using aerosol cans. I will be using it once a year so it should hold up well for my needs.
