I use these bras for heavy gardening/farm chores and they work great: they're supportive, flexible, and breathable. I ordered the 4-pack in Medium mostly to wear to the gym. I am 5'7" 130 lbs and I generally wear a small and bra size 34 B or C, but definitely recommend ordering a size up if you are a C. The medium fits me well. I agree with others, the support is more medium, not for high impact. They are very comfortable, stay in place, have great coverage and flattering. The material is on the thin side and it comes with 4 sets of pads which were packaged separately and were pretty wrinkled, but I wear a tank top over them. The pads were not hard to put in and stayed in place during my first workout (I usually HATE pads but didn't mind these). What I like most is that these maintain separation of the girls during activity and I didn't have a hard time putting them on and taking off like I do with my other sports bras.
