The build quality is adequate although the adjustable legs seem a bit flimsy, and that's where it's going to break when it does is my guess. Also, there isn't enough adjustment as i'm using them at their absolute limit and i'd like more adjustment to be really comfortable. The sound proofing is acceptable although i'm using them with earbuds as most people probably will.
