These issues have since been resolved, as evidenced by the samples that New Primal sent to me. They are just as delicious as before, and I'm so excited that these will, once again, be a staple in my pantry. Thank you, New Primal! I LOVED having a good source of quick and tasty protein at my fingertips. However, when I received my Aug 2025 order, it was immediately apparent that something had changed drastically. The color of the meat inside of the tubing is much lighter than it used to be. The flavor is also much more salty than it used to be. The biggest and worst change of all- the meat is now so soft and 'mushy' that it is difficult to even bite through the outer casing. I am so bummed that these are, essentially, inedible for me at this point. I am not sure what, exactly, changed at the New Primal factory, but I'm so disappointed by it!
