Each rounded tablespoon of this sugar free fiber drink mix contains 2 grams methylcellulose, 80 mg calcium and 115 mg potassium. Adults and children 12 years of age and older may take 1 tablespoon at a time of this fiber powder, up to three times daily, and children ages 6 to 11 years may take 2 level teaspoons up to three times daily.
