## Questions & Answers

**Q: What type of plastic is the basin made from?**
A: The rigid frame, handles, and feet are PP (polypropylene), and the flexible side walls are TPR. It is not silicone. The basin is built for washing and rinsing items such as dishes, baby bottles, and pump parts, not for storing food.

**Q: What size is it, and will it fit my kitchen sink?**
A: Expanded, it measures 12 x 12 inches, is 7.9 inches tall, and holds 9 liters (2.4 gallons). Measure your sink before ordering. It suits most standard, farmhouse, and double-basin sinks.

**Q: How does the drain plug work, and will it leak?**
A: Twist the built-in plug open, and water drains straight out, so you never lift a full basin. A seal ring helps keep the plug tight during use. Press the plug fully closed and seated before filling, and drain it while the basin is still in the sink.

**Q: Can I use it to wash baby bottles and breast pump parts?**
A: Yes. It works as a dedicated wash bin for baby bottles and a wash basin for pump parts, keeping nipples and membranes together and separate from household dishes. Always follow the cleaning instructions supplied with your bottles and pump parts.

**Q: How flat does it fold, and how should I clean it?**
A: It folds down to 2.7 inches, so it stores flat in a drawer or wall-mounted, camper, RV, or travel bag. We recommend hand-washing the basin with warm water and mild dish soap, then air-drying it open. Avoid the dishwasher and boiling water.

## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    Excellent wash basin!

*by K***R on Reviewed in the United States on 12 February 2024*

perfectly fits in sink so I can presoak dishes if needed. Can also use as a back up mop bucket (just make sure the drain plug is secure!) and solution for doing windows and other cleaning projects.

Great for washing and storing baby bottles

*by E***R on Reviewed in Canada on 30 November 2023*

I have been using this to clean and store baby bottles/pump parts and keep them separate from our other dishes. Nice to have a little bucket to clean them in that drains. Only downsides are that it doesn't seem to drain fully if you just remove the plunger (need to dump the last little bit out) and the plunger is sometimes a little tricky to put back in place as you have to line up some little plastic pieces. But overall as advertised and has lasted well for a couple months so far with regular use.
