Is this for kids? What size ia correct for waist 28 inches?** A: Not sure…. Probably a small. **Q: Is the bottom measurement measured from the bottom of your foot or your ankle bone?** A: Ankle bone. I have a 30inch inseam and there is room. I love them **Q: In 5'4 170 lbs what size do i need?** A: I can't speak for the full seats, but if they fit like the knee patch version I would go with a large. I am 5'6" and was around 170lbs when I purchased my knee patch version and they fit well, with plenty of stretch still.
