Review: room correction is MASSIVE - I have a Yamaha receiver (R-N803) that I never bothered using the app with in the past, until I got a subwoofer and wanted to use it to set the crossover and do general bass management. After getting the app I thought, why not also try room correction using YPAO app. I couldn't find the mic after all that time and this worked perfectly. Let me just say, I spent a lot of time and money tweaking and optimizing components in my audio chain but had not used any sort of room correction until getting this little guy. WOW what a night and day difference it makes. It needs to have to the internal system to use properly. And it must be a Yamaha system. **Q: Will it work with a yamaha rx-v2400 receiver?** A: As far as I know there are no other mics for Yamaha to set them up.
