**Q: Do you use 3rd party testing? i know you said you use us labs with gmp, but does an independent third party lab verify your contents and purity?**
A: No

**Q: Is this product sourced and made in the USA?**
A: I don’t know about source of ingredients, but package came from US and it says it is manufactured in US in FL

**Q: How fishy is the taste?**
A: It is hideously fishy. I would suggest that you look up flax oil. Flax oil has the same Omegas and has a slight, but palatable flavor. The flax oil I use is organic, gluten free, lactose/milk free, vegan friendly,no artificial coloring or sweeteners, no sugar, no starch, no soy, no yeast, no salt, and best of all...no fish.

**Q: DO these contain fish oil? Are they vegan?**
A: Yes, these capsules are totally vegan! The Omega 3, 6, and 9 are extracted from Chía seeds, and since they are naturally plant-based,  they are perfect for a vegan based diet. Enjoy!

This contains 2 flavors - lemon and orange, which seems unnecessary. The lemon ones taste better than the orange ones. They are not too bad but this is one of the worse-tasting gummies I have tried. A serving is 3 too. 35 calories per serve. 8g of carbohydrates, 5 g of sugar. Contains glucose syrup, sugar, glucose, corn starch, and coconut oil. Contains Omega-3, Omega-6, Omega-9 and DHA. No health benefits have been found from taking Omega-6 or Omega-9. I will be looking for a better Omega-3 supplement without sugar next time.

Easy to eat! I have a sensitive GI tract and severe fish/seafood allergies so being able to use this for an Omega supplement is really awesome. I have bought and used two bottles and they help with regularity and as for the other benefits I think it seems to be beneficial.
