Initial testing was about as good as I hoped. Time well tell. Only snag was the switch I bought said the remote was IR so I bought a broadlink rm 3 mini. The remote is actually RF so I bought the rm 4 pro which supported both IR and RF. **Q: I have 7 amp brand motorization shades 2 different remotes in 2 different rooms. will one device operate all?** A: If IR controlled no if there is a wall or barrier. If they are RF it depends on the range and what the walls are made of.
