Took less than 30 minutes to unpack and put together. It's silent when peddling on it, and gives you a good work with a variety of resistant levels. The LED read out scrolls through time, speed, distance, calories, and cumulative time every 5 seconds. Or you have the option of keeping the setting on any one. A back light to see the numbers would have been awesome, but it is what it is. The tray is perfect for a tablet. The peddles are sharp gripped with straps, but I'm a casual rider and exercise in my socks, so I dumped the enclosed peddles and replaced them with a flat surface type. Some others commented that the seat is uncomfortable, but really, there's no such thing as a comfortable bike seat. You just have to get use to it.
