I couldn't figure out how to post a photo in the question/answer section, so I wrote a review and posted a photo of two of the finished cupcakes with my 4 year old's hand next to them for comparison. It is small enough that you can get all the puzzle pieces in a 5x7 card, laying flat, and the birthday person would have to put it together to figure out what it is. I put all 12 together rather quickly and think they are so adorable. Bright colors and a perfect size. So many ideas for uses. Definitely would be very cute decorating a package, scattered in a package, or decorating a table as well.
