It's definitely got a kick (but a good kick), and has a bit of sweet citrus to help balance it out. If it's too spicy for everyone's taste... just mellow it with a bit of USA supermarket "jerk marinade" by combining a bit at a time until you tone it down. It's especially great on burgers that were grilled with the Walkerswood "Hot & Spicy" marinade.
