I took it apart to wash properly and now I can’t get the mouthpiece back in properly** A: You can't. We did the same thing with ours and when we tried to put it back together the rubber piece split so the whole thing was ruined. These bottles are brilliant. Had them months now and although they have some scratches on, they have been knocked about and dropped a lot and still no cracks or haven’t broken. The straw bit in the lid does pop out sometimes but I think that’s probably my daughter’s roughness rather than a design issue and it does pop back in quite easily. Has a hook for carrying and hanging and a lock on the lid. Great size as it fits in bags as well as cup holders.
