My customers are equally surprised and love the technology! 2 things though: the infants are really hard to compress with 2 fingers. Maybe its more like a real life baby, and I'm just not used to it, but it's a lot different than any other infant dummy I'm used to. AAAAAND, the child is kind of useless.
