**Q: can you give me the carbs in this please?**
A: This is basically chili, salt, and vinegar....no carbs at all!

**Q: Comparison to heat level of thai kitchen chili paste (right level for me)? i don't want super spicy. to be mixed with soy, b. sugar, etc to make sauce**
A: I really like this chili sauce. Just chilies, salt and preservatives. There is no soy or sugar. I recommend this and its very spicy.

**Q: How long they kast in the fridge ager opening?**
A: These will last a long time. Depending on how often we use it, we had one bottle last up to a year but we usually use it up in 6 to 9 months.

**Q: What are the ingredients?**
A: I bought this because a recipe calls for it.  If you like spicy hot this is for you.  Ingredients:  Chili, salt, distilled vinegar, potassium sorbate, sodium bisultite  xanthun gum
