I spent a while pressing after I put it in the envelope and package to try to trigger it and it didn't, so it will have hopefully have travelled the world to the recipient without the battery dying! Would I buy again? Only for people like my mother who keep every card they've ever received. I bought this for my mum though, who always says she'd prefer a really nice card than a present (why, I don't know). She likes this one. It's not a big card like I usually get for her, being about A5, but the light/music show makes it the best card I've ever gifted. We've actually talked about going to see the Nutcracker ballet (we're not really ballet people), based on enjoyment of this card. Even more impressive with the lights off too. So; expensive, but I love it.
