As soon as it arrived I used "Leather Honey" on it, to give extra conditioning, which made the leather a bit darker color and that lightened back to close to original after drying. It is a well made bag, with thicker leather. It does show abrasions and scuff marks with usel, however, this just adds a vintage look to the bag and they mostly rub out.
