When you die & if you have not given a family member your kit # & password to log into your account (I'm giving it to my 3 sisters) or if you do not have a "beneficiary" with a GOOD contact email & phone # then they will "own" your DNA at that point at least for 25 years after you submitted your DNA but I don't know if they can still keep your RAW DATA & what they do with it then...maybe research of some kind with geneaology stuff like surnames?
