It was strong, and through dragging it around three conferences, it did not break. I like using my iPad for video shoots (I am a social media manager) so my iPhone is free to post extra things, communicate with people, etc. while my iPad is tied up. I'd also like to give a shout out to the company for the fantastic customer service - when I first thought it wouldn't work well, they generously sent me a brand new one to be sure I had the latest version and was very good about following up to make sure I was a satisfied customer - bravo! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m a Fan! *by D***N on October 8, 2019* So much better than the old clamp I used to mount my iPad to the tripod. I originally bought a Melamount because it was cheaper. I had watched iOgrapher’s YouTube video about this mount and thought- if the iOgrapher that is marketed for the IPad Pro 9.7 works on the IPad 5 then surely the Melamount made for the same IPad will work. WRONG!This thing is great! Easy to install iPad into the unit, feels plenty sturdy, and good solid handles. I love that it’s made in the USA. Makes me not mind paying a little more for it.
