Review: Great oil for newer and even old BMW vehicles. I use in in a 2017 and 2001 BMW X5. The older BMW loves this oil. Made it run quiet and less miss firing. I know it should not matter for the miss firing but it does. I think the automated valve adjusting that is lubricated probably works better with this oil.

A: No.  VW 502 & VW 505.

**Q: Can i use this for my 2005 passat 1.8 turb?o**
A: The VW spec on this is VW 502 00/VW 505 00. If your car calls for either of those, then yes. Otherwise, no.

**Q: What's the difference between this and the green bottle new generation one?**
A: This one is a formulation for Euro engines, the green Molygen oil is for asian and american gas engines only.

**Q: Can I use this on a 2008 bmw E63**
A: Only if your E63 has the n52 v6 engine. The v8 needs a heavier oil.
