Gorilla Waterproof Patch & Seal Tape Clear instantly seals out water, air, and moisture. With an extra thick adhesive layer and UV resistant backing this tape conforms to form a permanent bond indoors and out. At 4" wide use it to patch holes, cracks, gaps and tears, even underwater. Excellent for Home, Auto, Marine, Camping, RVs, Outdoors, and more!DIRECTIONS:For best results, apply the tape to a clean surface at room temperature.1. Keeping liner on tape, cut tape to desired size. Tape size should be larger than the repair area, extending beyond all edges.2. Remove the release liner and place tape over desired repair area. Tape cannot be repositioned once applied.3. Rub entire surface of the tape aggressively,especially the edges.STORAGE: Store tape on the top and bottom disc at room temperature. Edges of tape may be sticky.SERVICE TEMP: -70°F - 180°FPerformance will be dependent on surfaces & conditions. Surfaces must be clean, smooth and non-porous. Water must be pressed out from underneath tape. Not for use on seams, applications under pressure (e.g. garden hoses), or automotive applications under the hood. May not adhere to silicone or water-repellent materials. May not work for all types of plastics and rubbers. Do not use to hang. Tape must make complete contact with surface to properly seal. Ensure water and air is pressed out and there are no wrinkles or gaps in the tape. Exposure to UV, high heat or humidity may cause product to yellow over time. **Q: Can this be used for tears on my Sunsetter retractable awning?**
A: It is very sticky so I am sure it would work, but it is invisible underwater where I used it for pool liner repair, but it is shiny so would probably be visible on an awning. But it is easy and affective.

**Q: Can this be used on a ripped car leather seat?**
A: I used it on a pool cover and it holds well water doesn’t bother it. It should adhere to finished leather as well. Be sure to cut the patch in a shape that has co corners.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great stuff but won't fix a hole in an air mattress

I have used this tape to seal out water and seal in moldy caulking around a tub and it sealed WONDERFULLY. but BEWARE: it's not coming off EVER so lay it down right the first time. You may get a little residual gummy adhesive along the edges, which I never was able to clean off. So I tried to use it to fix a slow leak in an air mattress from a defect this time and it didn't do the job. Maybe the mattress has a second hole/defect or the flocking on top prevented it from fully adhering.
