**Q: What are the dimensions of the mat? Is it  32 by 20, or 72 by 24?**

**Q: Does it come with negative ion?**
A: Yes. All mats emits from 300 to 3000 ions

**Q: How does trad in work?  Can we trade in after warranty gone if the product is no longer working? How much money we get from trade in non working unit?**
A: My book says  Lifetime-upgrade policy: If your mat is fully functional.  If your warranty period is over, you can trade-in your mat that isn't working (for any reason) to get 50% of its retail price towards a new mat of equal or greater value.    Just check with support.

**Q: Is it okay to put this on my mattress?**
A: It depends on  how hot you place the temperature setting at. I would never sleep on it as I would worry about my mattress not to mention getting too hot myself. If your using it for health purposes as I am, the  instructions say one hour a day on the mat will do the trick. There is no need to sleep on it or over do it. The more you use anything the sooner it breaks. I use it every single night for one hour on a very hot setting before I go to bed and it relaxes me and gives me the health benefits it states. Remember less is  more in every aspect of life!
