So... 9 3/8" X 9 5/8" for parchment paper. **Q: Can you bypass the preheat function? a lot of recipes state do not preheat. btw, loving my air fryer so far.** A: I like the answer from the lady about using the Reheat function. I was also wanting to bypass the preheat function because it doesn't tell me how long the preheat function is. I had another air fryer oven that did not have this feature, and all of my recipes are based on putting the food in while it is preheating. So, without knowing how much time has passed, I don't know how much time to put on the food. I could just wait to let it preheat, but I would still have to adjust my times for all of my recipes because I didn't have this feature before. It would be nice if it only took one minute for it to preheat and then put in the food, I could adjust my recipes for that. But my machine can take anywhere from 4 to 8 minutes to preheat. This is frustrating and adds a lot of time to my meal prep time, which is why I wanted an air fryer oven, to save time. So, I will use the Reheat function when I can, and just use my regular oven timer otherwise. **Q: How do I get it to restart when the timer is done? It just says end and I have to unplug to start it again.** A: You can't. This is a horrible feature that I wish I knew about before purchasing. However, the fastest way is to just unplug it and replug it back in to start cooking a new batch of food. I like this air fryer and normally only need to do one cook at a time but sometimes I do have to through a different food item in the unit and having to wait 8 minutes for it to cool down and reset seems like a flaw in engineering even though they try to pass it off as a "safety feature". We do not recommend using any kind of liner in the cooking chamber to avoid overheating. The bottom plate no longer stays secured allowing plate to fall out if tipped to empty the contents. Not something that should happen when a hot plate and fries are involved. Very pleased. Cooks quickly and evenly. Chicken thighs, fries and veggies perfectly cooked. This evening I prepared a frozen 9” flatbread pizza. Turned the pizza diagonally to fit. Ready in 6 minutes at 400f.
