A very nice thing about this Flow meter is the outlet will fit both the female 9/16" x 18 nut or the male 5/8" x 18 fitting. You can see the adapter in the picture. I've been very happy with the performance. I don't weld often, but it seems like I waste less gas compared to the original pressure regulator system I was using. **Q: Is the outlet psi adjustable?** A: The no-flow output pressure is about 50PSI and is not adjustable. The flow is adjustable with the output needle valve. It is assumed that in use the output pressure will be much less than 50PSI. **Q: What size is the barb?** A: I believe it's for a 1/4" hose. **Q: Does this fit inert has fittings for argon?
