My thumbs on mine are too long & extend out far above my nails. What is shown is a "real" comfort cool" & mine doesn't look feel nor wear anything like my original one. A waste of money, but I do use them for back-up for only short periods of time since, it causes an abnormal thumb extension/position when wearing it, where the real splint does not.
