The zipper itself sticks out further than the pages, so I don't have to worry about the zipper making an indention on the last few sheets. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a simple, but handy storage compartment in their planner. *Update* 8/27/16 I've had this envelope for a little while now, and it has been one of the best purchases I've made in a long time. It's really handy to have, I store my stickers, a marker, post it notes, and some business cards in it. For day to day use, I've been careful with it. I treat it with care so I don't accidentally damage the zipper. Because of this, it still looks like I just got it out of the package. I really like having it in my planner, well worth the little bit of money to buy!

This is a softer plastic that feels a bit thicker and more durable, and the zip glides so smoothly. It's a bit wider than I thought it'd be which is fine, I just put it in the back of my A5 Carpe Diem bujo binder. Love it!

This is not a sheer zip closure envelope. I will use this envelope to hold dockets from purchases for the month until I check the amounts off against my monthly bank statement. The plastic zip is not that robust but handled with care should last.
