At first glance it looks like the typical Carhartt quality. I bought it because I love the quality of Carhartt products. I have Carhartt gear that survived my house burning to the ground. The quality of this shirt is a joke. After the first washing it came out of the dryer with a rip in the fabric. The rip is no larger than a dime, but because it runs in same direction as the fabric, it's only going to get larger, not smaller as I continue to use the shirt.I spent $40 for this shirt and all I get is it good story to tell at work about what products to avoid.Update:It took almost a month but Carhartt finally sent a replacement shirt. It was the wrong size...so it gets sent back. I called their service department. The woman there was very nice and said she would expedite the exchange. It has been 4 days and they have not sent a shipping label via email yet. A shirt I bought in early October may finally be here by early January.And the Odyssey continues... it's been over a week now still have not heard from Carhartt. I gave them a call, only to find that they didn't have my correct email address. Here's an irony, I I have been getting an email from them every single day... And unsubscribing almost has often. So, I can't get them to stop using my correct email address, and I can't get them to use my correct email address. The damn thing is I still like their products.
