That way it's sent in a box so the bag stays puffed up and the rinds in tact. Otherwise you risk envelope packaging which would easily crush this into a flat bag of powder. It really needs to be shipped in a box otherwise don't waste your money on them. The salt & vinegar flavor is strong, which I love, and is not overpowered by pork flavor at all. Arrived fresh, nice taste and light crispy texture, better quality rinds than ususl local brands, though a bit of a dry mouth aftertaste so have a beverage handy. The price makes them a luxury but for salt & vinegar lovers who are trying to cut out carbs these are by far the best keto alternative I've tried, worth it.

Great flavor - not a lot of added junk - so closer to the healthy side - and NO horrible inflammatory seed oils....!!!! Def Keto and Paleo - low carb / decent protein. But again, bottom line is they taste great. Crispy, crunchy - not too salty - etc..... Epic is a little a on the pricey side - but all their products are good quality - so yer gonna pay a bit more....
