The CFO 210 is for men's shoe sizes 6.5 and lower and women's shoe sizes 4.5-7.5. The CFO 220 is for men's shoe sizes 6.5-8.5 and women's shoe sizes 8-10." So essentially, length is the difference. **Q: What does cf 330 mean is that a high arch ?** A: I don't know what that means I did a scan at a machine at CVS and this is what I was directed to buy. If your podiatrist recommends them, Go to a Walmart that has a measuring scale. Take off your shoes and socks (or knee-hi's) and stand on the scale. The readout will tell you which insert will fit your foot, with the correct amount of arch support. Buy one at Walmart, if they have you size on hand.
