I am happy with this toner and the quality of it, but it is going to last longer than the cartridges I got with the purchase of the printer. How happy will I be down the road? is my only question.I will come back and update this after the toner is gone, since most 3rd party toner issues occur in the middle of the lifecycle. My smaller printer-branded cartridge lasted nearly two years since I print mostly in low-quality grayscale.For now, I highly recommend this product as an alternative to refilling your old cartridge, which requires drilling, etc. The ease of installation is just as if you used a name-brand cartridge, but I'll admit I was a little worried at reading about the chips that printer manufacturers put into the cartridges-- the chips for some models need to be reprogrammed or matched up to the printer or whatever. This is not the case for this toner, and it was a relief to find out.Just turn your printer off, take out the old toner, put this one in, then turn the printer back on. You will see a message onscreen about the printer preparing the toner.The only real downside to this toner is that the cartridge does not have the fin that fits into the groove on the printer. (The fin ensures the cartridge is and remains in the correct position.) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I don't know what they're complain about.
