Otherwise, it's a piece of junk. The clasp is difficult to put on if you're trying to do it yourself. I have it hang loose on my wrist to make it easier to put on and take off. Even so, it's still difficult to put on by myself. After a few weeks of forgetting to wear it, my wife made me keep it on in case if something happen in public and I'm alone, EMT would know what condition I have and call my wife. After wearing it overnight, the next day after returning from the hospital, the band where it connects to the information section came off.
