**Q: is this kiln dried? Can I use it in my pizza oven?**
A: The hickory chunks are very dry. I use them in an electrical smoker outside. If your pizza oven is in the house I wouldn't recommend using them. The chunks produce lots of smoke and the smoke smell might be overpowering in your house.
**Q: Is this just wood, nothing added? Wanting to use it for my parrot, she likes to chew stuff like this over toy blocks.**
A: Just large and small pieces of wood. Some of the larger pieces have bark some don't. Good for smoking don't know if it's for a parrot. Its $6 a bag try it.
**Q: Is it a 5 lb bag?**
A: No, it is a 4 lb bag. Weber has the same product number on the Amazon-Canada site, and it says 4 lb.
