Review: Important strain - I read somewhere if you struggle with candida or bacterial infections in your stomach that this is a good probiotic strain to take. Also l.reuteri is known to produce B12 in the gut which is great if you’ve ever taken antibiotics and wiped out your good vitamin producing gut bacteria. My stomach felt great after taking these and I give them to my kids too. Doesn’t taste like much so it’s easy to add into applesauce or juice.

First off, let me just say that this product is great. After taste is good, helps make your mouth or oral cavity feel fresh and clean. The reason I gave 4 stars is because the product is so tiny for its price. But I do understand that the quality is great. It’s a bit tricky to get the contents out though. But I would recommend to others who want to help their oral mucosa.
