I left it overnight to straighten it out and the following day I cleaned the washer, sticked the magnic and trimmed it to fit perfectly. It doesn't match exactly but it does the trick and looks nice. I saw a bunch of people complaining that "the magnet isn't strong enough" - I did not have this issue at all. Might be your dishwasher.. lol.Easy to cut with a T square and a box cutter. Had zero problems with mine.Only concern is that it's very sensitive to any kind of dirt underneath. Make sure you power clean the surface before you put the magnet on, otherwise little dirt spots will "poke through". It doesn't break the surface obviously, but at the right angle you can see the dirt underneath.
