**Q: Can card stock be used?**
A: I have easily used 110 pound index card stock.

**Q: Can the et 3850 be hooked up to the computer with a usb cable for printing?**
A: Yes, it supports ethernet, wi-fi, and USB connections.

**Q: Will this print to the edge of the page?**
A: I have had success printing to the edge of a page when printing pictures on 4/6 5/7. I have not printed photos on full sheet photo paper.  This is the second Epson printer I have owned.  This one is amazing and the refillable tank has been key compared to ink cartridges.

**Q: can epson 3850 scan both side in one pass?**
A: Ned's answer is actually incorrect.  This machine (ET-3850) can only scan one side in one pass.  If trying to make a copy of a two sided document, you will have to feed the document twice.  The only duplexing capability it has is printing.  So you can feed two pages through the ADF and then choose to have them printed on separate sides of the same piece of paper.
